BOOKING CONDITIONS

When making a booking through our website, you enter into a direct contractual relationship (legally binding agreement) with us. Booking conditions include limitations and exclusions of liability, as well as cancellation and amendment fees payable if the booking is cancelled or changed after confirmation.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES

Nam Dang Travel guarantees departures published on its website.

Information regarding tours and departure dates in brochures or printed materials may change at any time and do not constitute part of the guaranteed program.

The company’s website is the only official source through which departures are guaranteed. A departure is considered guaranteed only after the customer has received confirmation of the booking for that departure date.

FORCE MAJEURE

Nam Dang Travel shall not be held responsible for any changes or cancellations caused by objective or subjective reasons such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, wars, strikes, demonstrations, terrorism, political unrest, or other force majeure events. Any compensation or alternative arrangements (if applicable) will depend on the relevant service providers.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Valid Passport

Customers must possess a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through all destinations included in the itinerary (passport validity must be at least 6 months beyond the return date).

Travel Documents

All travel-related documents such as payment vouchers, itineraries, and invoices will be sent via email or made available on the Nam Dang Travel website once full payment has been received.

Trip Information

Customers are responsible for checking the website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure they have the latest travel information.

TOUR PRICES

All tour prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments made in foreign currencies will be converted into Vietnamese Dong (VND) according to the prevailing exchange rates.

PAYMENT

All tours and services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via Visa cards and domestic ATM cards. Nam Dang Travel does not collect or store your credit card details.

PAYMENT VOUCHERS

After payment is completed, Nam Dang Travel will send a confirmation/payment voucher via email. This voucher should be printed and presented as proof of purchase to the relevant service provider.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of any service by tour participants must be submitted and received in writing via email or fax. Nam Dang Travel does not accept cancellations made by telephone.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If customers have complaints regarding services provided by Nam Dang Travel, they should first notify the tour leader as soon as possible so that the issue may be resolved promptly. All complaints must be submitted directly to the company’s customer service email within 30 days after the end of the trip.

PROMOTIONS

Tours/packages/products purchased using promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
